The purpose of this contract is to improve the institutional capacity of Samsun Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA), and to strengthen the physical and technical capacity in order to deliver better services to entrepreneurs in Samsun. Within the scope of this contract, the consultant will provide technical assistance on:
• Improving corporate skills base and capabilities of Samsun Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA) to contribute to the economic development of Samsun through identifying institutional needs, analysing objectives, priorities, strategies and environment.
• Applying improved skills and capabilities of Middle Black Sea Development Agency (OKA)
