Project Description : The objective of this contract is to increase the adaptability, qualifications and competence of employers, employees and employee representatives’ through implementing training programmes and strengthening social dialogue between employees, employers, NGOs, public institutions and local actors. Human capital investments will be the main tool to fulfil the expected outcome of this contract.
The Contractor will conduct wide range of activities in various regions of Turkey, including preparing different training modules, preparing sectoral and industrial guides, organizing and conducting conferences, workshops and meetings. The Contractor will provide expertise to HAK-İŞ Trade Union Confederation (HAK-İŞ) and The Independent Industrialists and Businessmen’s Association (MÜSİAD) in improving the social dialogue between them and removing the challenges faced by employers and employees
The intended start date is January 2016 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 20 months from this date.
