Position Description : The Project Office Manager will be in charge of:
- Support to coordination of the Project Activities and provision of timely delivery of project deliverables
- Managing the administrative and financial aspects of the Project under guidance of Team Leader
- Supporting the editing of Interim, Final, Quarterly Evaluation Reports
- Supervising the organization of trainings in various provinces
- Monitoring the utilisation of expert-days
- Following expert timesheets/mission reports
- Ad-hoc requests of Team Leader
 
Qualifications And Skills : - Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or alike)
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Very good command of written and spoken English
- Full computer literacy (formatting in word, excel, power point, etc.. )
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in EU TA Projects
