ANKON Consulting is looking for a Business Development Assistant for its Headquarters Office, Ankara.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • University degree from a reputable university (especially Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences graduates),
  • Fluency in written and spoken Turkish and English,
  • Full computer literacy, advanced level of competency in MS Office programs (MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook),
  • Strong time management and organizational skills,
  • Ability to work flexible hours and have strong project-oriented skills,
  • Based in Ankara with no travel restrictions,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Multi-tasking skills, including the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines and attention to detail,
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team,
  • Having a previous experience in relevant position with International Financial Institutions’ funded projects will be an asset.


  • Screening and identification of project opportunities, partners/collaborators, local and international experts, and other stakeholders,
  • Researching to collect background information, data, and statistics; explore alternative sources of information by utilizing digital resources,
  • Ensuring seamless integration of digital communication tools with existing project management systems to improve workflow efficiency and data accessibility,
  • Conducting administrative processes for project proposals, expression of Interest, and tender file preparations,
  • Supporting the follow-up of the timely submission of the reports, project outputs, and deliverables.
  • Supporting daily communication with consortium partners, experts, stakeholders, etc.
