ANKON Consulting provides technical advisory services for energy and infrastructure projects financed by international financial institutions, with a strong focus on project preparation, procurement, and implementation in line with IFI standards. Within this framework, ANKON is seeking an experienced Contract / Procurement Engineer to support procurement and contracting processes across its project portfolio.
The Contract / Procurement Engineer will contribute to the preparation and implementation of procurement strategies, tender documents, and contractual arrangements for infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with IFI requirements, particularly those of the EBRD. The position involves close coordination with project teams, clients, and contractors, and requires a solid understanding of public procurement procedures and FIDIC-based contracts.
Reuqirements:
- B.Sc. degree in civil engineering or similar
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in public contracting and procurement for infrastructure in the Project sector
- Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of IFI (especially EBRD) procurement rules
- Theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of FIDIC conditions of contract
