Expert Profile
- At least 3 years of demonstrated professional or academic experience in hydrogen, energy systems, or related low-carbon technologies
- Experience in international or donor-funded projects
- Ability to contribute to analytical work, technical reporting, and/or training activities
- Strong command of English (additional languages are an asset)
