Qualifications:

For Programme Coordinator/Account Manager Role:

  • Serve as the dedicated account manager, responsible for coordinating with EBRD teams to oversee all aspects of workshop delivery.
  • Possess extensive local knowledge and the ability to facilitate meetings, engaging stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience working in Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Turkey, Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Ukraine, Armenia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Moldova, West Bank and Gaza, and potentially more countries in Central Asia and SEMED is an asset.
  • Exceptional English language proficiency in both written and spoken forms is an absolute requirement.
  • Clear, effective, and professional communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong reporting skills, ensuring that project progress and outcomes are comprehensively documented.
  • Full computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows, MS Office, MS Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Turkish and English is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel without restrictions.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs).
  • Prior experience in international project consultancy, particularly in projects funded by entities such as the EU, World Bank, UN, EBRD, KfW, and similar institutions.
  • Exceptional social, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed promptly.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the capability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve project objectives.
