ANKON Consulting provides technical advisory services on legal and regulatory frameworks for energy and infrastructure projects financed by international financial institutions. Within this scope, ANKON is seeking an experienced Legal and Regulatory Expert to support regulatory analysis and legal assessments across its energy-sector project portfolio.
The Legal and Regulatory Expert will contribute to the analysis of energy sector legislation, regulatory frameworks, and contractual arrangements, ensuring alignment with national regulations and IFI requirements. The position involves close coordination with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to support legally robust and compliant project implementation in line with EBRD standards.
Requirements:
- Preferably LLM
- Preferably 5 years’ experience in similar projects in the energy sector.
