Under the auspices of The Netherlands Ministry of Economic Affairs Foreign Trade Institution (NL Agency), a trade mission in the field of Waste Water Management (WWM) has taken place in Istanbul and Ankara between October 19 -23, 2010.

This specialized trade mission was organized in close cooperation with The Dutch Union of Waterboards, The Netherlands Embassy in Ankara and the Consulate General of Netherlands in Istanbul with the matchmaking programme provided by Ankon Consulting. The matchmaking programme between Dutch and Turkish companies in Wastewater Management Sector was held both in Istanbul on 20 October 2010 and in Ankara on 21-22 October 2010. The goal of the mission was to establish mutually beneficial business contacts between the representatives of the Dutch Waste Water Management companies and Turkish counterparts and review possibilities for cooperation in EU an IFI sponsored contracts.

ANKON Consulting has undertaken the organisation of individual matchmakings for 14 Dutch Companies in Istanbul and in Ankara. In accordance with the objective of the service contract, ANKON has achieved 183 well organised tailor – made matchmaking meetings which satisfied the Business Delegation members.
