05 Jan Procurement and Contract Management Expert
ANKON Consulting is seeking a Procurement and Contract Management Expert to support procurement processes, contract administration, and compliance activities related to energy and infrastructure projects, particularly within the framework of international financial institution procedures.
The expert will be responsible for supporting tender preparation and evaluation, drafting technical and contractual documentation, managing EPC contracts, monitoring risks, and contributing to institutional capacity-building activities.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in procurement and contract management for infrastructure or energy projects,
- Strong familiarity with World Bank procurement rules and procedures, including preparation of bidding documents and evaluation reports,
- Demonstrated experience in managing EPC contracts and ensuring compliance with international standards,
- Experience in drafting technical specifications, tender documents, and contract management plans,
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary aspects and risk mitigation in procurement processes,
- Experience in training and capacity building on procurement procedures is desirable,
- Excellent report writing skills in English (Turkish will be an advantage).
