We are looking for National Senior Non-Key Experts for our ongoing project.

 

The Experts will deliver:

  1. Preparation of framework agenda for the 25 meetings, including problem fields, speakers and moderators as coordinated by the Beneficiary
  2. Providing support to MoNE officials for defining specific outcomes of one-day meetings and the adequate dynamics of meetings’ organization and delivery
  3. Identification and induction of speakers
  4. Communication with local stakeholders for meetings preparations, updating agenda and identifying points of interest for each meeting
  5. Preparing evaluation forms and processing collected data for meetings’ evaluation 
  6. Providing support for moderation and delivery of meetings and supervising the process of evaluation by participants
  7. Drafting meeting reports and one final post-events report

 

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum of “Bachelor” / “Lisans” degree in one of the fields of Social Sciences, Education Sciences, Economics, or relevant Business or Technical Studies 
  • Command of written and spoken English and Turkish for professional purposes
  • Full computer literacy

 

Professional Experience:

  • At least 8 (eight) years of experience in the field of capacity building activities, training planning and delivery, needs assessment and focus groups management, vocational guidance, human resources development, project evaluation, monitoring and reporting
  • Minimum 5 experiences of work as trainer, trainer of trainers, capacity building expert or monitoring and evaluation expert – with an advantage in Education-related projects;
  • Proven skills of reporting and communication with stakeholders

 

Logistics and Timing:

  • The normal place of posting of the expert shall be his/her place of residence. 
  • The specific place of posting will be all 25 pilot provinces.
  • Timing and locations for the meetings are subject to decision of Project Beneficiary.
