05 Jan Team Leader
ANKON Consulting is seeking a Team Leader to be engaged in a technical assistance assignment focused on strengthening institutional capacity for the planning and implementation of renewable energy investments within central and local government institutions.
The expert will be responsible for improving inter-institutional workflows, translating regulatory requirements into practical operational processes, leading institutional capacity-building activities, coordinating stakeholders, and overseeing training programmes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in the renewable energy sector,
- In-depth knowledge of end-to-end development of unlicensed (distributed) renewable energy projects, including permitting, implementation, operation, and decommissioning/recovery stages,
- Proven leadership experience in institutional capacity building and strengthening assignments with public sector entities,
- Experience in projects funded by international financial institutions (preferably the World Bank),
- Strong communication and coordination skills in managing multi-stakeholder processes,
- Excellent command of English (Turkish is an advantage).
