This project was realised by making a systematic and detailed analysis of the gap between the current legislation in Turkey and EU and preparing the additional legislation accordingly; collecting and analysing databy reviewing the existing system at province and district level; developing a reorganisation plan for the bloodbanking and transfusion system; developing a national guideline for blood banking and transfusion; delivering training to staff and professionals; producing data sets for the application software which will be developed inthe supply component.
