The objective of this Project is to assist OLAM in expanding and implementing its Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) programme with the overall aim to promote sustainability, traceability and food safety in its hazelnut production. This will be done by
Review and enhancement of the existing training programmes of the Company
Improving linkages between the Company and farmers who supply its hazelnut, through capacity building activities, skills transfer and knowledge-sharing.
