üFinancial and Accounting Management System has been designed and set-up for the Turkmenistan Health Project. Technical assistance has been provided in developing software appropriate for the accounting and financial reporting in accordance with the requirements of the World Bank. Financial, accounting, disbursement staff of PCU has been trained on the financial management procedures. Also, on-the-Job Training Program has been designed and delivered for the Accounting Officer of the Turkmenistan Health Project; and a Manual has been developed in accordance with the Financial and Accounting Management System designed by ANKON.
