A tailor made training program/workshop was developed and conducted for the MANAS Project of MOH of Kyrgyzstan, on Project Planning, Management and Implementation issues. The trainees were chosen from the MOH and neighboring countries. The Project has been supported by Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TICA) and World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe (WHO-EURO).
