The objective of this technical assistance is to assist Iller Bankasi A.S. (ILBANK) in the preparation and implementation of priority investment sub-projects for the municipalities and utility companies in the target provinces of the Republic of Turkey with the aim to provide essential water and sanitation services. The services include the monitoring, support to supervision for the works contracts and the reporting on implementation of the sub-projects. The TA also aims to strengthen the technical, financial and due diligence capacity of ILBANK, the municipalities and water utilities in preparing technically and financially viable investment projects in line with EIB standards, through capacity building activities. ANKON provides services for communication pillar of the project.
