Ankon has provided training and help desk services for two TRC3 Level 2 Region Grant Schemes (SME, SSI) by Dicle Development Agency (DİKA).

The purpose of the training and help desk services was to build capacity on the potential project beneficiaries for having an overall view on project cycle management as well as submitting good and qualified proposals. Besides the coordination of the whole process, Ankon mobilized ten experts in the region for the expected outputs.

ANKON developed training materials for all two grant scheme programmes and conducted trainings in 8 locations. The19 sessions for potential project beneficiaries gave information on Principle Application Conditions, PCM, Logframe, making a budget and a Business Plan, as well as evaluation of projects.

ANKON expterts also provided help desk services in Batman, Mardin, Siirt, Şırnak for potential project applicants in preparation of project proposals.
