ANKON has provided consultancy for the Turkish Social Solidarity Fund to establish a computer network system to cover the headquarters, 81 branches (Provincial) and the SSF in 931 districts, all over Turkey.
The Project included a new system design for the SYDTF operations, developed the procurement documents for the Information Technology investment, provided evaluation reports of the bids received, and supervised the implementation.
The Project tasks also covered reviewing the Organizational Structure of the SYDTV, recommend an improved institutional structure, and re-design of operational work flows.
