Technical consultancy has been provided to the Azerbaijan Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources in the implementation of the Institutional Reforms. In association with SMEC (Australia) and G&G Consulting (Turkey), ANKON has suggested policies and developed short and long-term urgent education necessity plans about promotion system for qualified personnel, arrangement of the institutional structure, interaction with the other institutions and development of public relations by analyzing the actual status of the Ministry within a very broad scope; from Human Resources to Labour Procedures
