The project aims to enhance the resilience of industrial production systems against cyberattacks by training individuals with both technical and non-technical backgrounds in the field of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity. It seeks to address the shortage of cybersecurity professionals arising from the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies into production processes.
The training programs to be developed within the scope of the project will include both theoretical and practical modules. Training content includes:
The aim of the training is to ensure a better understanding of cybersecurity challenges encountered in OT systems at all organizational levels.
By the end of the project, 300 participants will undergo a comprehensive training process combining both online and face-to-face sessions. Additionally, 70 participants will obtain internationally recognized certifications. A hands-on workshop based on the “on-the-job training” approach will also be conducted, aiming to reach 150 individuals.
