Building on İŞKUR’s Active Labour Market Programmes Project, this women- and youth-focused assignment was developed under the 2006 EU Financial Cooperation Programme. It improved local employment services and supported an active employment grant scheme. During 2008–2010, ANKON’s consortium provided technical assistance on employment measures and institutional capacity.
