The project develops National Occupational Standards for fast food and restaurant services based on international good practice and national regulations and guidance. Under EBRD’s youth inclusion policy dialogue, it engages TAB Gıda, other sector leaders and government to introduce standards to employees and support implementation.

ANKON’s services include:

• Baseline analysis of skills, standards and qualifications within fast food occupational standards
• Assessment and improvement of company training programmes against Vocational Qualifications Authority expectations
• Supporting effective, timely implementation of new standards
• Reviewing and analysing monitoring and impacts after implementation
