The project provides an integrated community development approach through which TÜMAD’s Lapseki and İvrindi mining operations can deliver lasting benefits and opportunities. Sustainable development combines economic and social progress with environmental protection. Community management strategies will be developed and implemented from the early stages to secure and maintain social acceptance and the social licence to operate. The project comprises five modules:
