ANKON Consulting is looking for a Project Manager / Team Leader for the Türkiye Youth in Business Programme – Technical Cooperation Programme, to be implemented in Türkiye.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Successfully managing the implementation of MSME (Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) lending schemes at commercial banks and microfinance institutions (MFIs) in emerging markets and similar operating environments, including in managing complex programmes;
- Negotiating with third parties including banks, associations, ministries, regulatory authorities and other stakeholders on behalf of International Financial Institutions;
- Knowledge of entrepreneurship, inclusion, access to finance best practices globally and in particular within the SEMED region (The Southern and Eastern Mediterranean region comprising Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco and Tunisia);
- Fluency in English and Turkish is highly desirable.
