ANKON has provided training for the Civil Society Dialogue – Istanbul 2010 European Capital of Culture Grant Scheme Programme (TR0803.03-EuropeAid/129068/D/ACT/TR) beneficiaries. The aim of the training was:
- To provide assistance and increase the “Grant Management and Contract Management” capacity of 11 grant beneficiary organisations
- To introduce the procedures, manuals, reports that will be used during project implementation phase
- To review the contractual obligations and legal context
- To review reporting and monitoring phases
- To review the potential risks and discussing risk reduction strategies
