The project developed Türkiye’s telecommunications legislative and regulatory framework in line with the EU acquis. It strengthened the Authority’s enforcement capacity, structure and HR management; developed staff legal, administrative and technical skills; provided implementation support and knowledge transfer; prepared a training master plan, reports and manuals; and delivered seminars and workshops to improve regulatory and administrative performance.
