The project improves workforce quality and adaptability in accommodation and food and beverage businesses licensed by the Ministry. It strengthens social partners’ and public institutions’ training and consulting capacity to improve employers’ and employees’ core competencies.

• The consultant will support adaptability through training, awareness campaigns, labour market analysis and a database, increasing tourism service providers’ and social partners’ training capacity.
