The project supports the Ministry of National Education in creating opportunities, improving learning environments and widening access for people with special educational needs through in-service training and standardisation of psychological assessment tools for Türkiye. The 30-month technical assistance contract comprises four components.

• Improving special education teachers’ competencies and practices in barrier-free and inclusive schools.
• Improving educational diagnosis and assessment services through new psychological tools in 80 Guidance and Research Centres.
• Improving employment quality and vocational education for people with disabilities.
