The project prioritises gender equality in Türkiye’s health sector and develops healthcare professionals’ skills to respond more effectively to COVID-19, similar emergencies and longer-term health challenges. A baseline and needs assessment will review skills development and gender equality, with stakeholder mapping informed by interviews. Content development and capacity building will promote professional skills and gender equality. Training of trainers is designed to strengthen both sector-specific and transferable soft skills.
