ANKON Consulting’s KGK-accredited Corporate Sustainability Reporting Specialist programme was tailored for the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU) of the Ministry of Treasury, which acts as a contracting authority under Türkiye–EU pre-accession financial cooperation. The training took place on 4–20 February under the project “Strengthening the CFCU’s Institutional Capacity in Sustainability”, supported by Ankara Development Agency’s 2025 Technical Assistance Programme for Social Innovation and Social Development.
The programme covered the following topics:
1. The evolution of sustainability and the fundamental principles of corporate sustainability
2. Environmental, social and governance (ESG) dimensions of sustainability
3. Core approaches to corporate sustainability reporting
4. National and international sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
5. A strategic approach to corporate sustainability policies
Training was delivered by ANKON Consulting’s expert instructors in accordance with current legislation and international good practice.
